What kinds of items will I find? 

Women's and men's clothing, shoes, handbags, accessories, athletic wear, books, home décor, and other carefully selected lifestyle items.

Do I need a ticket to shop?

General admission is free! We also offer an early access option for team members, sellers, and ticketed guests. Tickets can be purchased for early access for $25.  Check out the Shop section for additional details. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. All sales are final 7% sales tax is added to all purchases.

Are items able to be tried on or returned?

All sales are final. To protect the consignors' items, we do not allow tryons and we ask that all clothes be kept on their hangers. Because of this, it is highly recommended to come prepared knowing your exact sizes and measurements before you shop. 

Who sets the prices?

You do! Each consignor chooses the price for every item they sell, giving you complete control over your inventory. Because every seller prices their own items, you may notice similar pieces with different price tags throughout the sale. Want the best selection? Shop early before the most sought-after finds are gone!

What happens to items that don’t sell?

Sellers have two options - pick up unsold items during designated times OR leave items with Lucky Label to be donated to community partners.
